A Yes - when you register with Stylistpick your email address will automatically added to our marketing newsletter database and you will begin to recieve updates on new products, brands and trends as well as the latest special offers and promotions. To unsubscribe from these emails simply follow the "Unsubscribe" links on each email.
A Simply click on the Forgotten Password link and follow the simple instruction where you can reset your password.
A Simply browse our site using the navigation menu’s and product categories and when you see an item you would like to buy select your size and click the ‘Add to Bag’ button. You will then be taken to your Shopping Basket where you can checkout by following the simple 4-step process or you can continue shopping for other items. We've designed our online checkout to be as quick and easy as possible whilst you can also store your address and card details safely and securely, making future purchases only a couple of clicks away!
A Security is paramount at Stylistpick. Our website is secured by Verisign, the world’s leading Security Certificate provider, in addition to our own encryption software – this means that your information is protected at all times by a minimum 128 bit encryption. All payment partners are also secured with 128 bit encryption so you can be 100% certain that shopping online with Stylistpick is safe and secure.

A Changing or cancelling your order depends on the status of your order. Unfortunately if your order is awaiting dispatch or has already been dispatched we would not be able to alter the information you’ve provided. However, if the order has not been dispatched, please visit the Help & Contact page and select ‘Delivery Issue’ in the enquiry form and provide your order number.

We cannot guarantee that your order will be changed but we will do the best we can - if your order cannot be changed we will notify you.

A Unless explicitly stated, most discounts and offers we run cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
A Please ensure the discount code is entered exactly as published with no added spaces or characters. We cannot control the distribution and publishing of voucher codes by third parties and occasionally codes may be published that have expired and are no longer valid. The best way to ensure you have the most up to date offers is to sign up to our email newsletter.
A Standard deliveries will arrive between 2-5 working days. Next day if placed before 2pm will arrive during the next working day (unless placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday, where orders will be processed the following working day & dispatched a day later).

A Our standard delivery service delivers to the Channel Islands.
A We currently do not offer delivery to PO Box addresses but you can arrange for your order to be collected from one of our Collect+ Stores. You can find full information on Collect+ in the ‘Shipping & Returns’ page.

A We do not offer the ability to order items that are no longer in stock.
A Because we only operate Fuse Fashion network concession outlets within retail partner's stores we cannot locate specific items for you.

A We’ve tried to make returning an item as simple as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of the purchases you have made you can return the item(s) within 14 days for a refund.

Please note: we cannot accept any returns in any of our retail concession outlets. ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE BY POST USING THE COLLECT+ FULLY TRACKED SERVICE to our returns centre.

Returning Your Items:

  • Log on to your Stylistpick online account and select “Order History”. If you do not have an account please register using the “Not a Member?” link
  • Select the specific order and click the “Return Item” link.
  • Select the items you wish to return and complete the required information – please give as much information as possible about your return in the box provided. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible.
  • Once we have received & authorised the request a returns number will be emailed to you.
  • Enter the returns number on the returns slip included in your order and add the returns reason code into the space provided.
  • Enclose the slip into the returning parcel and ensure that all items are wrapped & the parcel is sealed.
  • Enter the returns number onto the Collect+ returns label in the space provided, detach the returns label from your advice note and attach it to your parcel, ensuring any original delivery labels are covered
  • SIMPLY take your parcel to ANY of 4,500 local Collect+ stores. You’ll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online

You can find your nearest Collect+ store by visiting or by texting COLLECT and your postcode (e.g. COLLECT NG23 5HD) to 84555 Texts from 84555 are FREE to receive, texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate.

A We do not currently operate any of our own stores so therefore the only way we can process returns and issue refunds is via our online returns process. For more details on how to return an item, see our Shipping & Returns’ section. Concessions we operate within selected host retailers cannot currently accept or process returns.

A £2.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of postage via Collect+ (unless items are faulty or have been sent in error) . Returns can be made using Royal Mail at the customer's cost and Stylistpick do not accept responsibility for any lost parcels.
