New York: Sexy and Seductive

Milly by Michelle’s show at New York Fashion Week was one of my favourites. Her designs are always fun and playful and she does sexy chic like no other. Flashing some midriff whether at a festival or on the red carpet is for the comfortable and confident. Pair this racy look with Stylistpick’s Khloe ankle strap court – with connotations of power and seduction, this look is all about empowering sexuality and sophistication.

London: Vibrant Metallics

Metallics have been ruling the catwalks and the high street for a few seasons now. For spring/summer 2014 the palette is bright, playful and vibrant with berry tones, greens and oranges replacing the muted metallic palette of black, blue and silver of autumn/winter 2013. Bernard Chandran’s show during London Fashion Week was a stand out spectacle for me with a stunning array of dresses, jumpsuits and playsuits. This gorgeous purple metallic number should be paired with Stylistpick’s London Rebel Barnaby brogues – be brave and work some clashing metallics – not for the faint hearted!

Milan: Power and Polka Dots

Dolce and Gabbana’s luxurious spring/summer 2014 collection was influenced by ancient Sicily – with theatres printed over silk separates, golden dresses in lace, crystal and leather. Both stand out and wearable were the blood red polka dot dresses. These pieces are versatile and transcend brilliantly from day to night. Stand out by clashing the spots with animal print and Stylistpick’s Tiffany high heeled courts.

Paris: Elie Saab

Red carpet favourite Elie Saab is one of the most exciting shows during Paris Fashion Week, with stylists from LA, New York and London jetting in especially, looking for options for A-list celebrities to wear to the Oscars, Golden Globes and BAFTAs early next year. Emerald green is one of my favourite colours and a tone that works all year round. This mini dress works amazingly with Stylistpick’s Livi t-bar platforms – elongating the legs perfectly.
