Your initial registration and your Showroom
Stylistpick can provide you with a personalised array of the latest shoe, bag, jewellery and clothing trends chosen by our style experts based on the style and preferences you tell us about. To take advantage of this, you just need to become a member and take our quiz. There is no registration fee. Once you have registered and created a member account through this website, our style experts will determine which products best match your personality and style. At the time of initial registration, you have the option to complete your membership information by providing shipping information for your account. You don't have to do this now, though, naturally, you will need to before you can buy any of your personalised fashion choices.
Shortly after you register, we will review your information and prepare your personalised array of products for the My Showroom page of your account. Once we have furnished My Showroom with the shoes, bags, jewellery and clothing that best suit your unique style, you will be able to buy items from us. For details of how to buy, see 'Buying your first Stylistpick' products, below.
As a registered member, our experts will regularly update the customised selection of items in My Showroom. We cannot guarantee that an item in a selection available one month will be available in any subsequent months, so if you see something you like, you might miss out if you wait too long! As a member, you will also receive emails, newsletters, news, views and trend information.
Updating your details
It's important you keep the information you have provided to us up to date. You can update your details either by calling our customer service team or by logging in to your Account, going to the My Details page and updating your information through the account dashboard.
No registration or membership commitment
You may browse and shop from our website also without having registered to it. To do that, simply access the page via the main navigation and browse the page as and how you want to. If there is anything you like and want to purchase, you can do that as a Guest or register and create an account with us at checkout. As a Guest, you are only required to provide us with details with are needed to fulfil your order.

As a member of Stylistpick, you'll be able to choose from a customised selection of amazing shoes, handbags, jewellery and clothing that fit your look and style. Because we are adding new selections all the time, you'll be sure to find lots of great items to add to your collection.
Buying your first Stylistpick products
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for further information.
In order to contract with us you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by email that the goods that you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing and availability
The price of products is as quoted on the website from time to time. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. We will normally verify prices, as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where an item's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If am item's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders, which we have already dispatched. All prices are inclusive of VAT within the EU. Prices quoted on Stylistpick do not include VAT or sales taxes outside of the EU. Standard delivery costs are inclusive within the UK; any premium or additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total cost. Our products are offered as delivered goods and cannot be ordered without delivery.
Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders or through promotional offers. Codes offered to account holders can only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered. All codes can only be used once per customer, cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and is not transferable. There is no cash alternative. Sale items are exempt from codes unless specified otherwise when issued. If an order is returned, the same discount code will no longer be valid nor will you be entitled to a new code. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
Payment for orders may be made by credit card, gift voucher, or any credit you have in your account.
Paying by credit card
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. We can only accept cards where the statement address is within the United Kingdom. You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this. If your credit or debit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
For your convenience, when you become a member with a credit or debit card, we will save your credit or debit card information and use it for all future shipments and charges which will automatically be charged to your saved card, unless you notify us online or through our client services department.
Paying with Stylistpick credits
Members who have accumulated credits will also have the option of using valid credits towards the purchase of products from your showroom. You cannot combine credit redemption with any promotional offer. Credits can only be redeemed against a selection at the regular Stylistpick price. Additional fees such as additional shipping or processing fees and taxes, if applicable, are additional and cannot be paid with credits. If you owe us money, we may set any credits you have allocated to your account off against that debt.
Paying with gift vouchers
If you are lucky enough to have bought or received a gift voucher, you may be able to use it as part of the payment for an order. If you want to use it, please look at any limitations on it and follow the instructions that came with it. Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher. We are unlikely to be able to accept a gift voucher if it is out of date or have been told it has been stolen.

We can't take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient's email address because of spam filters, firewalls, and the capacity of the recipient's mailbox or any other factors outside of our control. We'll despatch your gift voucher either as soon as payment has been cleared or on your specified delivery date (if this is later). We're afraid we can't be responsible for any delays, no matter how they are caused.
If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery email address you enter – it is your responsibility to do so and we're afraid we can't be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the email address entered is incorrect. In addition, we can't take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the voucher details safe. We're sorry, but we can't accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted gift vouchers, or for you asking us to send a gift voucher to the wrong address.
Availability and delivery
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in any dispatch confirmation, communicated to you through your account or otherwise communicated to you. If no delivery date is specified, we will aim to get your products to you as soon as possible (and, in any event, within 30 days of us accepting your order), unless there are exceptional circumstances. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order within the United Kingdom. Orders cannot be delivered to Post Office box addresses.
Products within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses. Deliveries take place on Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays, usually within the hours of 8am and 5pm. It is not possible to specify a precise time at which a delivery will take place. Please note that the courier may require deliveries to be signed for and you acknowledge that the courier may, in its discretion, allow someone at the delivery address other than you to sign for a delivery. We have taken reasonable steps to depict and describe our products as accurately as possible through the photographs and other images featured on the website. However, please be aware that this website can be viewed on many different devices, and, due to differences in the way they are set up, the photographs and images may not exactly reflect the actual appearance of a product when you receive it. If you are not happy with a product when you receive it, please contact us and let us know. We really want you to be happy with the service we provide at all times.
Risk and ownership
You will be responsible for the safe keeping of products once they have been delivered to you. Products remain our property until paid for in full.
We always aim to ensure our products are of satisfactory quality. If you believe a product was delivered damaged or defective, please inform us as soon as possible in writing, giving us your name, address and order reference. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights. We may offer an exchange, replacement or refund, as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights where a product you ordered is damaged or defective when delivered to you.
Cancellation and returns policy
You may cancel any purchase within 14 days of you receiving the purchased products. When returning products, you must quote the returns reference number we give you, wrap the package securely and where possible enclose the packing slip that came with the original delivery. If you no longer have the packing slip, please write the order reference number on a separate piece of paper and enclose that. Returns are 100 per cent free when sending from within the UK. Returns made from the EU will incur postage costs.

Please save your proof of posting and tracking information until your refund has been processed. However you are responsible for your return items until they are delivered to us, so pack carefully.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same payment method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If you need a refund, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as reinstating a credit, providing a replacement gift voucher, refunding your debit/credit card account, or a combination of the three.
Becoming a Stylistpick member
You become a Stylistpick member as soon as you take our style quiz and register with us to create an account. Once you have completed our style quiz, we will be creating a personal showroom of shoes, bags, Your Showroom will be refreshed regularly, so have a look through it. If something catches your eye, simply select it, chose how you want to pay and we will ship it to you. Please note that you can also shop our collection without taking our quiz or registering, to do that simply browse our website and go directly into our product pages, pick your favourite pieces and proceed to checkout.
You can also become a Stylistpick member through Facebook’s “Facebook Connect” service. [You must have an active Facebook account in order to access the Service through Facebook Connect], and you hereby represent and warrant that you have read and agreed to be bound by all applicable Facebook policies and will act in accordance with those policies, in addition to your obligations under this Agreement. If you access the Service through Facebook Connect, Stylistpick may require that your Stylistpick user ID be the same as your user name for Facebook. If you sign into Stylistpick through Facebook Connect, you will provide your Facebook account credentials to Stylistpick, and you are consenting to have the information in that account transmitted into your Stylistpick account, and you agree that you shall only use Facebook accounts owned by you, and not by any other person or entity.
Stylistpick Styler – Facebook Application
Stylistpick is pleased to offer you its Stylistpick Styer Application for your personal entertainment and we hope you will enjoy it. But before doing so, please take a few moments to read the important information below.
In order to personalise Stylistpick Styler, you need to agree to share (via the Request for Permission form) with Stylistpick the below information from your Facebook profile and the below terms and conditions.

You will then be asked to choose a friend from your list of friends on Facebook, who you want to style. After you select a friend, you will see that person's profile picture.Once you have chosen the picture of the friend you want to style, you will be able to select product recommendations to send to your selected friend. Your friend will then need to accept an invite to join the Stylistpick ‘Styler’ app in order to view their product recommendations. Your friend will need to accept the terms and conditions of this application, just like you have done. If your friend accepts the invitation to join the ‘Styler’ app they can then select a person from their friend list to style. Your friends can also use our application to select one of their friends to style. You can also at any time request us to delete any Facebook information that we store by sending us an e-mail at email@example.com
If you should receive a credit – these are valid for one year after the date of issue. You cannot exchange credits for any other form of currency – they have no cash value. Stylistpick reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at our discretion.
We hope you will find your membership as satisfying as possible. If you do not find it satisfying, or if you have any other issues, please contact our client services team, who will be happy to help. If you feel you have not had the best experience, or have any complaints or comments, please let us know.
There is no cancellation fee. If you stay, you will be eligible to enjoy long-term membership rewards, such as private sales and special offers for preferred clients. We may cancel your membership, without advance notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this agreement or our policies, or have engaged in behaviour, which is harmful to other members or our business interests, or if you account has been inactive for a period of time.
Changes to services or terms
To protect your own interests please read the conditions carefully before registering an account. If you are uncertain as to your rights under them or you want any explanation about them please write or call us using the contact details set out above. Neither Stylistpick nor you may alter these terms without the agreement of the other. From time to time we may revise these terms. If we do, by continuing to use this service you indicate you agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you may call us and cancel your account.
We believe these terms are fair and enforceable. Even if one or more of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of these terms will remain in force.
If you breach these conditions we might not take any action as soon as we find out about your breach. This does not mean we cannot use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The laws of England govern these terms and conditions. Any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
