Shipping & Returns

Shipping
For Pay As You Go members, standard shipping costs £3.50. Shipping is free for VIP members. All orders shipped within the UK are delivered using courier delivery via HDNL. Packages do not require your signature, and if you are unavailable to take receipt, your package personally our courier service will leave your order in a secure location. Instructions will be left at the delivery address. An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, including instructions on tracking your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be activated. Your order will usually arrive within four to six business days of the shipping date.
International shipping
We currently ship to 27 countries. International shipping costs £5 (GBP) per order. Your order will usually arrive within three to five business days of the shipping date. Please note, this is not a tracked service and returns will be charged according to your local provider.
Next Day Delivery
We understand that sometimes you need your shoes, bag or jewellery sooner rather than later! Next Day Delivery is available Monday to Thursday at £5.95 for Pay As You Go shoppers and FREE to VIP members. Your order must be made by 2pm the day before you need your item. An email will be sent to you with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return any goods purchased from our website within 14 days of receipt in provided you take good care of them, and that they are returned to us in the same condition as you received them. This means you can look and try them on, but you must not remove any labels or protective strips or wear them outside. For shoes, we recommend trying them out while on a rug or carpeted surface to avoid scuffing. If you purchase earrings, you should not try them on if you think you may need to return them, as we will be unable to refund or offer an exchange. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund or exchange process to be completed after which you will be given the option of a full refund, stylist pick credit or exchange if size is available.
How to return your items.
You can return your item or items free with Collect+. If you live in the UK (mainland only), you can return products for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt at over 3000 local shops offering Collect+, open every day till late. The service is free to use and you'll receive a receipt to track your parcel online. Just follow the steps below and one of our team will contact you within 14 days of receipt to process your exchange or refund.

2. Include the returns note within the parcel.
3. Securely attach label to your parcel ensuring you cover the original delivery label.
4. Drop your parcel off at a local Collect+ point.
5. Visit www.collectplus.co.uk to find your nearest shop and track your parcel.
By international post
You can return products by post within 14 days of receipt. One of our team will contact you within 14 days of receipt to process your exchange or refund.
1. Include the Returns Note in the return package.
2. Please ensure that you request a proof of posting certificate.
3. Return to us via your local mail service.
