Standard UK shipping (mainland only) is free on all orders. All orders shipped within the UK are delivered using courier delivery via Hermes. Packages do not require your signature, and if you are unable to take receipt of your package personally, our courier service will leave your order in a secure location. Instructions will be left at the delivery address. An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, including instructions on tracking your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be activated. Your order will usually arrive within 3-5 working days of the shipping date.
We currently ship to 26 countries. International shipping costs £5 (GBP) per order. Your order will usually arrive within 5-10 working days of the shipping date. All orders shipped internationally are delivered using tracked delivery via DPD. An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, including instructions on tracking your order.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We understand that sometimes you need your shoes, bags, clothing or jewellery sooner rather than later! Next Day Delivery is available Monday to Thursday at £4.50, UK (mainland only). Your order must be made by 2pm the day before you need your item. An email will be sent to you with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can return any goods purchased from our website within 30 days of receipt provided you take good care of them, and that they are returned to us in the same condition as you received them. This means you can look and try them on, but you must not remove any labels, protective strips or wear them outside. For shoes, we recommend trying them on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund or exchange process to be completed after which you will be given the option of a full refund, Stylistpick credit or exchange if your size is not available. The above does not apply to pierced jewellery and lingerie briefs as they are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Bikini briefs will only be accepted if the protective hygiene strip is still intact. This may not apply if there is a fault with your item.
Exchange: You can choose to exchange any of your ordered and unworn items with another item available on our website, which has the same or a lower price. If the original order was purchased using a promotional or discount code, you will only be able to exchange for the same item in a different size/colour or exchange for a different item at the equivalent cost you paid or a lower price. We can reimburse you any price difference.
Refund: You can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Shipping cost, if any, is non-refundable.
Store credit: You can choose to receive a Stylistpick store credit equivalent to the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items, if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse. Shipping cost, if any, is non-refundable.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to reach our warehouse and for us to email you asking what you would like to do next (exchange, refund, store credit).
How to return your items
You can return your item or items free with Collect+. If you live in the UK (mainland only), you can return products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt at over 3000 local shops offering Collect+. The service is free to use and you'll receive a receipt to track your parcel online, please keep hold of this receipt as proof of postage.
Just follow the steps below;
1. Use the supplied Collect+ label or visit to print a new label here: http://www.collectplus.co.uk/returns/new/stylistpick
2. Include the returns note within the parcel.
3. Securely attach label to your parcel ensuring you cover the original delivery label.
4. Drop your parcel off at a local Collect+ point.
5. Visit www.collectplus.co.uk to find your nearest shop and track your parcel.
Some Collect+ shops are smaller than others and may refuse parcels of larger size (multiple returns) if they do not have the capacity to accept. Therefore we would recommend contacting the shop you wish to return your order to beforehand if your return is of a particularly large size.
If you decide to use a different method to return your order you will not be reimbursed any costs incurred.
Returns by international post -

You can return products by post within 30 days of receipt.
1. Include the Returns Note in the return package.
2. Please ensure that you request a proof of posting certificate.
3. Return to us via your local mail service.
4. Address the package to:

International shipping costs to return your order will not be reimbursed. It is only in exceptional cases that this will be considered and you will need to contact our Customer Care Team directly to discuss.
