- Sit with your foot firmly on the floor, and your leg bent slightly forward so that your shin is slightly in front of your ankle.
- Measure your foot length by placing a ruler flat on the floor alongside the inside of your foot, from your heel to your toes.
- Next, place an object with a flat edge vertically, ensuring it touches the top of your longest toe. Using your ruler, take the measurement (in millimeters) from where the flat edges cross.
- Your foot width represents the distance around the foot. To measure the width of your foot, place the tape around the widest part of your foot (see diagram).

How to measure your feet like a pro!
Here's a quick and easy guide to help you find you find your shoe size. The best time to measure your feet is in the afternoon to account for any swelling!

CHOOSING THE RIGHT SIZE FOR YOU
If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size. You may find one foot is longer than the other, which is quite normal. Again, it's best to go for the larger size, to make sure you get the most comfortable fit possible.

Heel heights
Know your heel heights
Heel heights are measured from the high point where the heel joins the actual shoe, right to the floor – see right. Below is a guide to how heels are defined in terms of height.
HOW HIGH IS YOUR HEEL?
Shoe Sizes
Heel Description Heel Height Flat 0-8 MM/0.3 INCH Mid Heel 38-76 MM/1.4-3 INCHES High Heel 80-100 MM/3.2-4 INCHES Very High Heel ABOVE 4 INCHES heel height 101
The height of the heel does not add up directly to your height. This is because your foot bends down and the length of the ankle shortens. The more your feet bend, the more you 'lose to gain'. It also depends on your shoe size, the smaller the size, the more bent your feet will be.
To get an idea of how tall your heel will make you, we suggest you substract about one inch of the height of the heel. So if your heels are 3.5 inches, that will add 2.5 inches to your height.
Platforms give additional height because feet are flatter and have less bend in the shoe. For example, most 2 inch platforms will make you 1.5 inches taller. See our table below for an idea of how tall you can go with your brand new shoes.
