How does Stylistpick work?

Stylistpick is all about harnessing the power of fashion, and providing you with the latest, hottest, shoes, bags and statement jewellery collections.

We also believe that every woman should have access to fashion's latest trends, no matter what her location, schedule or budget. Stylistpick is all about putting the power of fashion in your hands. We think you should be able to shop your way, whenever you want and however you want.

How do I make a purchase?

If you have an item in mind, you can use the main category navigations to help you find the perfect shoe, bag or jewellery collection. For example, you can shop wedges, flats, high heels or just browse at your leisure and see all the styles available.

Once you have found what you are looking for, select your size and quantity and add it to your shopping bag. You can remove items from your shopping bag at any time during your visit.

Once you have decided what you would like to purchase, click on ‘My Bag’ icon to review your shopping list. Then proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No you don’t. We think you should be able to shop your way, whenever you want and however you want.

If you are in a hurry you can check out as a guest, without registration.

However, our account registration process is quick and easy, and is part of the checkout process the first time you order. It will also enable you to save your billing and delivery addresses for future visits.

What should I do if I forget my password?

This isn't a problem. Simply enter your email in the Forgotten Password box on the logon page here. We will then email you a new password. This may take up to 20 minutes to arrive.

You can change your password to something memorable at any time in the Account section online. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact our Customer Care Team on 0800 505 3344 or service@stylistpick.com who will be able to help you.

How do I contact the Customer Care Team??

We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and you can call us on 0800 505 3344, or email us on service@stylistpick.com. We aim to respond to every email within 1-2 working days.

Can I place my order by telephone?

Yes. You can call us on 0800 505 3344 Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with the name of your product and we’ll be able to place the order for you. Customers must have a valid credit/debit card for any telephone purchases.

To order by telephone, please have your card ready and the item’s name you would like to purchase. We also recommend uploading an address on your Stylistpick account to save time when we are processing the order for you.

What type of payments do you accept?

Stylistpick accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card and American Express either on the website or by telephone.

How do I remove/add my card details?

To remove your card details, please click on the 'account' link at the top right of your page (whilst logged in). On the account overview you can click the button 'remove card'. Once you have removed your previous card details you will be prompted at the checkout basket, stage four ‘payment method’ to add new card details when placing your next purchase.

How do I know which size is right for me?

All products online are displayed in UK sizes. Please use the Size Guide on the product page as a reference for international sizing conversions.

Most items on our website will be true to size, if an item is known to be small or generously sized this information will be on the Details section of the product page.

Is It safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes, our checkout process is secured using the latest SSL encryption technology for all transactions.

Which countries do you ship to?

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

No, unfortunately we don’t ship to PO Box addresses.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. 

Do I need to sign for my order?

No. If you are not in to receive your package it will be left in a secure location (closed porch, shed or other suitable location), left with a neighbour, or taken by the driver to attempt delivery at a later date.

In each instance a card will be left with instructions on the package’s location.

If you do not have a secure location or a neighbour to accept your parcel, please contact our Customer Care Team with instructions on 0800 505 3344.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

At Stylistpick we aim to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience. That’s why delivery, returns and exchanges are hassle-free. If for any reason you are not content with your item you can return for an exchange or refund. We accept returns up to 30 days from the dispatch date for items that are in new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact. Full details on returns can be found here.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If you've received the wrong item, or something is missing in your order, or there's any other problem with your order, please contact our customer care team. If you think your item has a quality issue, it's a good idea to take a photo and email it to the team, so they can begin investigating as soon as possible. The email address is service@stylistpick.com or call 0800 505 3344, Monday to Friday 9-6pm.

I can't find my return label, how can I return my item?

You can print off a new returns label from the Collect+ website. Visit http://www.collectplus.co.uk/returns/new/stylistpick and follow the online instructions.

How can I cancel my order?

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been placed, and therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the package.

What do I do if I select the wrong size/colour?

Please check your order carefully at the checkout. Once an order has been placed we are unable to stop it being fulfilled. But we are happy to exchange the item within 30 days from the date of dispatch.

How will I know if you have received my order?

You will receive an Order Confirmation email and a Dispatch email with order tracking when the order has been dispatched. If you have not received your Dispatch email within 3 working days please contact our Customer Care Team department on 0800 505 3344 or email service@stylistpick.com and we will be happy to help you. All tracking information is available in your account order history online here.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Expect your shipment to arrive within 3-5 working day, unless you have opted for Next Day delivery (available Monday to Thursday before 2pm). You will also find your order details and tracking in your account order history online here.

If you find there are two failed attempts to deliver your order listed on the tracking we would recommend you call our Customer Care Team on 0800 505 3344 Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with a day to reattempt delivery. This is because our delivery company will return your order back to us if they are unsuccessful on their third attempt.

I'm concerned the item I want as an exchange will sell out before you receive my return?

If you want an exchange and are worried the item may not be available when we receive your return, please call our Customer Care Team on 0800 505 3344 who will be able to help.

How do Style Points work?

You will receive 4 points for every £1 you spend and 200 points for every friend you refer that makes a purchase.

For every 1,000 points you accumulate you will be able to redeem £25 off your next purchase. Simply tick Use my Points for this Purchase in your bag before your checkout.

To receive style points for an order you place, please take our free style quiz. If you have already registered with us, to gain style points, you will need to be logged into your Stylistpick account when making a purchase.

How do discount codes work?

Please select the item you would like purchase and continue to your shopping bag, simply enter the discount code in the box provided (got a discount code box). This will reduce the grand total of your cart then proceed to the checkout. If you have any problems, please contact our Customer Care Team to inform of the issue before the expiry date by emailing service@stylistpick.com or calling 0800-505-3344, Monday to Friday 9-6pm.

I would like to return an item for a refund - what will I receive?

If you purchased the item with a credit/debit card you will be entitled to a full refund for the amount placed on the card excluding any shipping costs.

If you purchased using style points or a store credit you will be refunded like for like. Discount codes used during a purchase will not be reissued and have no monetary value.
