- Stylistpick is an online fashion store that provides you with access to fashion experts, as well as the hottest shoes, handbags and jewellery. At Stylistpick we believe that every woman should have access to the hottest new styles, no matter what her location, schedule or budget. That’s why we’ve combined the experience of browsing a store online with the luxury of having a personal stylist. It’s like shopping a magazine’s ‘best of’ page - but one that was edited especially for you! After you take our quiz, our stylists will review your individual Style Profile before recommending a selection of items. The styles are based on your personal fashion preferences. Each Stylistpick item is £39.95*. Now you can treat yourself to a personal stylist and fabulous personal shopping service without breaking the bank.

- Stylistpick is about offering our customers bespoke personal styling service, based on your own individual style – all for just £39.95 (excluding premium ranges which may cost more). Follow these quick and easy steps to become a member of Stylistpick today:
Fill out your Style Profile
It only takes a few minutes and will help us to define your personal style
Register
After completing your Style Profile, you will be asked to finish your registration by entering your data, including delivery information. Once you've registered with Stylistpick, our fashion experts will start reviewing your Style Profile and begin to compile selections for you. There is no fee to become a registered member and your credit card will NOT be charged until you make your first purchase.
Our fashion experts select fabulous items just for you
Once your registration is complete, you become a registered member. Our group of fashion gurus will create a customised collection of items for you to choose from each month. They select styles that are on-trend as well as complementing your style and existing wardrobe. Your selection will be chosen and a link sent to your inbox free of charge.
Pick your favourite
On the 1st of each month, you will receive an email inviting you to visit your personal showroom and view your selections. You can choose to buy 1 item or as many as you please.
When you get to the checkout stage, we'll give you two options; the first is to simply shop and go; the second option is to join Stylistpick and become a VIP member. You choose how you want to shop.
- What are the benefits of becoming a Stylistpick VIP?
- You get access to our fashion experts as well as the latest accessories, invites to exclusive VIP events, sneak previews of new ranges, and access to the latest, hottest trend news and celebrity gossip, all for £39.95* per month. Plus, you can cancel any time, so if you change your mind about being a member, no problem.
- If I join, what do I do if I don't see anything I like?
- If you don't see anything you like, you can just Skip The Month. All you do is visit your showroom between the 1st and the 5th of the month, and select Skip The Month; and you will not be charged.
Your membership will remain active, and we'll still send you a new selection the following month. If you change your mind at any point, you can visit your showroom and make a selection even after you've opted to skip one month. If you don't pick ANY option, then you'll be charged £39.95 on the 6th day of the month. This becomes 1 Stylistpick Credit that can be exchanged for an item in any future month. - When will I get my first selections and how will they be presented to me?
- Once you have filled out your Style Profile and completed the registration, our Stylistpick experts will start reviewing your answers. Within 24-48 hours we will send you an email inviting you to log into your account to check out your personal showroom. Your recommended items along with images and full descriptions of the styles will appear in the My Showroom section of your Stylistpick account. If you see one (or more!) styles you love, just follow the easy instructions to make your selection and your new pieces are on their way!
- Do I have to purchase one item every month?
- No, with Stylistpick you are under no obligation to buy. We know that although our members want to stay in style, not everyone can afford new items each month. So we've made it easy to skip any month. Simply visit your showroom between the 1st and the 5th of the month and select the Skip the Month option. For your convenience, you only have to click the Skip the Month button once, and you won't be charged that month. If you do change your mind and would like to make a purchase, you can still visit your showroom at any time and make a selection even after you've opted to skip the month. You can only skip the month by visiting your showroom; currently customers are not able to skip the month via phone or email. If you are a new Stylistpick member and have not made your first purchase, you will not be charged and you do not need to request to skip the month. You become a full member only after you make your first purchase.
- Will I get charged twice if I have multiple showrooms?
- If you do not either make a selection OR select the Skip the Month option by the 5th of the month, AND you're a full member, you will be charged £39.95 on the 6th of the month. This becomes 1 credit that can be exchanged for any item in your showroom at any time. The £39.95 includes one item, our fashion experts' efforts in compiling the selections for you and free delivery. You can accumulate up to 5 credits that can be used in the same month or over time. Once you reach 5 credits, you will not be charged until you redeem a credit.
- What if I don't make a selection?
- If you do not either make a selection OR select the Skip the Month option by the 5th of the month, AND you're a full member, you will be charged £39.95 on the 6th of the month. This becomes 1 credit that can be exchanged for any item in your showroom at any time. The £39.95 includes one item, our fashion experts' efforts in compiling the selections for you and free delivery. You can accumulate up to 5 credits that can be used in the same month or over time. Once you reach 5 credits, you will not be charged until you redeem a credit.
- Can I purchase more than one item every month?
- Yes, you can purchase as many items as you wish. Just add all items you would like to your Shopping Bag and follow the easy checkout process.
- If I am a pay as you go shopper, can I become a VIP member?
- Yes, you can subscribe to Stylistpick and become a VIP member any time. The next time you log on to the site we’ll give you the option to join at the Checkout stage.
- What type of payments do you accept?
- Stylistpick accepts all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card and American Express.
- When can I expect my order to arrive?
- Expect your shipment to arrive within 2-5 working days. You will also find your order details in the My Order History section in your Showroom.
- Can I return or exchange my items?
- At Stylistpick we aim to provide superior customer service and a quality shopping experience. That's why delivery, returns and exchanges are hassle-free. If for any reason you are not content with your item, you can exchange it for something else or return it for a Stylistpick credit FREE of charge. We accept returns up to 30 days from the dispatch date for items that are in new, unused condition and have all of the original packaging intact.
- Can I cancel my Stylistpick membership?
- You may cancel your Stylistpick membership at any time, and there is absolutely no cancellation fee If you still wish to cancel, call our Fashion Consultants at 0800 505 33 44 Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you are new to Stylistpick and have not made a purchase yet, you do not need to cancel your membership. You only become a full member once you make your first purchase and opt in to join the VIP club.
